Description: SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management is a full-service real estate company offering commercial brokerage and property management services. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail
oriented team player that is ready to contribute as an experienced member of our commercial sales team.

Position: Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent

We’re looking for a seasoned commercial real estate sales agent to join our thriving team to continue our growth and potentially build a team of your own. We’re looking for agents with five plus years experience and a track record of successful production to lead our growth in the Greater Chattanooga markets. We are growing market volume under our brand in various asset classes, and looking for a leader to grow their business with us for an opportunity for continuous growth of your own!

Qualities you’ll need to be successful:

  • Highly Motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to a leadership track within the company
  • A track record of success in commercial real estate leasing or sales
    • Experience in the Chattanooga or Southeastern market
  • Ability and desire to lead junior agents or desire for the opportunity to grow into a coaching role
  • Strong ethics and desire to always do what’s right by clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Active Tennessee Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Preferred proficiency in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, etc)
  • Five plus years experience in real estate sales or leasing
    • Experience working in Office Asset Class: office leasing and/or investment sales

Commercial Real Estate Brokerage is an exciting business to build a lifetime career. As a Commercial Real Estate advisor you are helping build businesses, communities, and high levels of income. The career starts with hard work, aggressive sales effort, and time invested in becoming successful. Advisors can earn 6 figures after 12-18 months of sales activity. You’re writing your own paychecks and your pay is tied directly to your time, effort, and skill. Be prepared to spend your early months earning very little while learning the role. However, if you put in the work, the reward is a lifetime career where you have the potential to earn $300,000 and eventually over $1,000,000 annually.

Requirements:

Our training and mentoring programs leverage a combination of online training, live training events, and local training, as well as one-on-one and small-group mentoring and coaching to help you build your career as a Commercial Real Estate Agent.

If you’d like to be earning six figures in a couple of years, then Commercial Real Estate Sales is where you want to be. And if you want to get the training and collaborative support that will help you earn a million dollars after 5 years, then SVN is where you need to be.

Position: Full-time – Commission Only; 1099 Contracted Employee

Pay: $50,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
