SVN | Second Story Expands Footprint with New Atlanta Office
Atlanta, GA — April 30, 2025 — SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management is proud to announce the opening of its Atlanta office, marking the company’s strategic expansion beyond its Chattanooga headquarters. This growth positions the firm to better serve the booming Southeast commercial real estate market with its nationally recognized advisory services.
Joining the SVN | Second Story team are Atlanta locals, Bob Johnson, Michael Nolen and Peter Cullen. Known for their proven track records, market insight and client-first approach, the trio brings decades of combined experience and deep relationships across the commercial real estate spectrum in Georgia and throughout the Southeast.
“This move represents an exciting new chapter of expansion for SVN | Second Story,” said CEO Tiffanie Robinson. “Welcoming Bob, Michael and Peter to our team enhances our capacity and reach in one of the nation’s most dynamic markets. Their reputation for client service and success aligns with our mission to wake up every day ready to deliver unparalleled professional commercial real estate expertise, dedicated care and operational excellence. We’re thrilled to work together and continue to grow under the SVN banner.”
The new office will also include talent from the Chattanooga headquarters. Hunter Myers, who is from Atlanta, joined SVN | Second Story’s Chattanooga team in 2019 and was recently promoted to senior brokerage director at the launch of the Atlanta office. His expertise encompasses investment sales and leasing, with a focus on retail and shopping centers. Myers will lead a retail-centered team out of the Atlanta office. Also relocating from the Chattanooga office is Cage Gary, with two years of experience specializing in retail.
SVN | Second Story has grown exponentially since joining SVN network, and the company nearly doubled its total sales volume last year; it currently ranks 25th out of more than 220 SVN offices nationally. The team was already working in North Georgia, and opening a second office positions the company for further success.
“The Atlanta market continues to have so much opportunity for this new team,” said Bob Johnson, senior vice-president of brokerage, who will lead the Atlanta office. “The platform, the culture and the collaborative ethos of SVN create a unique opportunity to better serve all our clients with national reach and local expertise. These opportunities, along with the leadership, vision and regional knowledge that SVN | Second Story offers clients, position us and our clients for success.”
Day-to-day operations in Atlanta will be managed by Tanya Jesunas, director of brokerage operations, a real estate professional with more than 15 years of management experience.
The Atlanta office will offer commercial brokerage services across office, retail and industrial, with an emphasis on middle-market assets throughout the Southeast.
The new office is located at 10400 Old Alabama Rd Connector, Suite 400, Alpharetta, GA 30022, and can be reached at (404) 445-2176.
