We are pleased to announce two successful, multi-million dollar sales last month! Kelly Fitzgerald and Zac Adams successfully represented the client in the sale of 5414 Hixson Pike. This property will eventually become a fully renovated HQ for Blood Assurance.

Later in May, Brian Chadwick successfully represented the seller of WestGate Mall in Spartanburg, South Carolina in collaboration with two other SVN offices. The property is anchored by Belk, Dillard’s, JCPenney, and Costco. Brian successfully worked with partners across multiple states to make this sale!
