Second Story Real Estate Management Expands with New Hires
SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management, a full-service commercial brokerage and property management group, expands with four new hires in February of this year.
“We are intentionally expanding our team to meet the high demand we are experiencing across every sector of business. As we continue to see strength in the regional commercial real estate market, our team is also growing so we can continue to deliver exceptional customer service in both property management and commercial brokerage. These new employees bring a wide range of expertise to our organization,” says Tiffanie Robinson, CEO of SVN | Second Story.
With more than 40 employees locally, the SVN Second Story team also expanded its office space this month, relocating to a larger suite within the Loveman’s Building at 800 Market Street, Suite 207.
The new team members include Jeff Gary and Bianca Pichardo as brokerage team advisors, and Therese Miner as property manager.
Gary brings in industry knowledge as a commercial investment real estate advisor. Most recently, he worked as a commercial real estate broker at SVN Creviston Realty, Inc. He also gained relevant skills while acquiring and managing real estate assets during his six years at Elliott Mill Investments, LLC.
University of the South graduate Pichardo brings commercial real estate and sales experience to the SVN team. While working at a real estate investment services company, Pichardo assisted commercial real estate brokers by using software such as Salesforce and CoStar to research properties.
With over 12 years of property management experience, Miner has extensive expertise in business development, investor relations, sales and renovation. In her recent role as a senior property manager at Friedlam Partners, she successfully managed a Class B Value Add property with 384 units.
With a carefully selected team, SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management provides a high level of expertise across commercial brokerage, property management and apartment leasing.
