SVN | Second Story’s Brian Chadwick Earns Prestigious CCIM Designation
SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management announces that Brian Chadwick, Director of Retail, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the most respected credentials in the commercial real estate industry.
Awarded by the CCIM Institute, the designation requires completion of a rigorous curriculum focused on financial and market analysis, as well as demonstrated experience in commercial investment real estate. Fewer than 10% of commercial real estate professionals hold the designation worldwide.

Chadwick brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience to his role as Director of Retail at SVN | Second Story Chattanooga, where he leads investment sales, leasing, and advisory services for retail assets across the Southeast. Prior to joining the firm, he served as director of finance and dispositions for a publicly traded REIT, overseeing more than $2 billion in property sales and loans across a range of retail asset types.
