SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management released its latest annual report, achieving $129.4 million in transaction volume through a total of 109 transactions.
A decade into its operations, the company continues to grow, and in 2025, it opened a second office in Atlanta. The team also added new employees to every department, managed more than 1 million square feet of commercial space, completed over 11,000 work orders, and achieved multifamily tenant retention above 90 percent.
“Every year we step back and reflect on our accomplishments, and we also use this time to look forward to identify opportunities for our clients,” said CEO Tiffanie Robinson. “Even though 2025 was a challenging year for real estate, our team remained focused on delivering results and building long-term value for our clients. That really shows up in our numbers.”
The firm’s continued growth has positioned it among the top performers within the broader SVN network, ranking 22nd out of more than 200 offices nationwide.
Along with the 2025 metrics, the report includes detailed sector analyses across retail, multifamily, office, and industrial assets, as well as localized projections for the Chattanooga market and broader Southeast region.
