SVN | Second Story Recognizes 2025 Employee Accomplishments

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management recently recognized its team members for outstanding performance and cultural leadership during its annual awards celebration, highlighting the expansion of the Atlanta office and many individual wins for its advisors and the company as a whole.

“This was a defining year for our firm,” said Tiffanie Robinson, President & CEO. “Our growth is a direct reflection of our team’s grit, discipline, and commitment to delivering unparalleled professional commercial real estate expertise, dedicated care, and operational excellence.”

Our SVN | Second Story team ranked 22nd nationally this year out of more than 200 offices across mid and major markets in the U.S., and we celebrated the achievement together in Palm Springs at the SVN International Conference. Baker Townsend and Kelly Fitzgerald both reached Achiever Status, while Hunter Myers earned President’s Circle recognition and was named SVN Retail Advisor of the Year after completing more retail deals than any advisor company-wide — making him the top broker among more than 2,000 SVN professionals.
