CHATTANOOGA — SVN Second Story has promoted Chandler Hale and Baker Townsend to Senior Advisor, recognizing their transaction performance, asset expertise, and leadership within the firm’s brokerage division. Both joined the team in 2023 and continue to excel at mentorship, client service, and connecting buyers with the right investments.  

Hale, a brokerage advisor licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, specializes in retail properties. Since joining the firm, he has completed more than $28.3 million in deal volume, representing landlords and tenants in strategic retail placements across the region. His promotion reflects his production, market insight, and role in mentoring junior advisors while expanding the firm’s retail leasing and sales presence. Hale was recently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in retail leasing.

Townsend, also licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, focuses on industrial and office properties. He has executed more than $33.8 million in transactions since joining the firm. His production includes several notable leasing assignments, earning him a Top 100 listing at the SVN Annual Awards out of more than 2,000 brokers. The promotion acknowledges his consistent execution and growing leadership within the industrial and office sectors.
